Fritata With Kumara

Today Sione and I made Fritata with kumara. We used eggs, kumara that we shredded, milk and onions. First we fried our onions in some oil, added it all into a small baking tray then we baked it in the sizzling oven and left it to cook until it turned into a rich golden brown colour. Once it was time to eat Sione started demolishing in and to me it was fine but it wasn't outstanding. I am looking forward to next week and what we will be cooking.

  1. Hello Agueer I am Izaak from Paparoa Range School it looks like you had fun making it. I help my Dad make dinner and we make frittatas sometimes. Next time you might want to add some more photos on a slide so we can see you doing all the steps.
