Tornado Hits Northland

At Cooper's beach just north of Maungonui a massive amount of houses were destroyed, some houses with roofs that flew off. There has been no news of an injury but it was a frightening experience for those people.

Yesterday's weather had lot's thunderstorms and a big rush of wind. It was around Auckland, Wellington and Marlborough, the wind was blowing from 100 to 120 kilometers.
